What does "local", "American Grown" or "Slow Flowers" mean?
These are all terms for flowers that are grown locally in a specific geographical region or within the United States. All of our flowers are one hundred percent field grown with care and harvested by hand on our family farm in sunny California. We are proud members of Slow Flowers, The Association of Speciality Cut Flower Growers, The California Cut Flower Commission and our farm is certified American Grown. The origin of our food and flowers matters and we believe it's important to support our fellow United States growers of food, floral and fiber crops. We encourage you to purchase local flowers from a grower or florist in your area or look for the certified American Grown logo at your local grocery store or retailer.
